At GoGet we do all we can to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If however, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied then please let us know by contacting us via email or phone. We will try our very best to resolve any issue you may have.
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange provided it is returned within 28 days of delivery, has not been used or fitted and is in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
If you choose to return an item you will need to cover the cost of postage including recorded delivery, however if you are returning a faulty item your postage cost will be refunded once we have received it back and checked the fault.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. We will refund back to the card charged the price you paid for the goods at the time, as shown on your invoice plus the return postage if the item is found to be faulty.
At GoGet we also stand by the Strider 60 Day guarantee on our range of strider balance bikes. Should you decide to return your Strider balance for any reason then please contact us first either by phone or email.
